Blackberry Sage Oolong

We thought it would be fun to incorporate sage into a tea, but didn’t want it to be strange. So this is mostly a delicious sweet blackberry tea, with some sage in the background and in the aroma, just adding a savory note that makes it distinct and intriguing. The hibiscus adds the pretty red hue, making the tea look as good as it tastes.

We suspect you’ve never had a tea quite like this, and we think you’re really going to like it.

Ingredients: Oolong Tea, Black Tea, Blueberry, Apple, Hibiscus, Sage, Rose Hips, Orange Peel, Blackberry Leaf, Raspberry, Natural Flavor

Tasting Notes: sweet and savory and tart contrasting each other. Heavy on the blackberry with sage in the background.

Steep: 1 Tbsp of tea for 10-12 oz water. Water temperature: 195. Steep time: 4 Minutes

Sweetener: Optional

Approximately 6 Tbsp in a 1 ounce package.
